What is Strong Mamas?
The Strong Mamas class is here to empower you, support you, and give you confidence in your journey back to exercise. A safe, strong and essential re-introduction to exercise for Mamas who have recently given birth and had their 6 week return to exercise sign off by the GP or a women’s health physiotherapist.

What you will get in every class:
✅ Specialised non impact session tailored to pre and postnatal
✅ Core restoration and re-connection work
✅ Pelvic floor muscle strength work
✅ Mobility/movement targeted at typically tight areas for new mamas
✅ A full range of functional full body exercises
✅ Movements that can be done with or without your baby
