This is predominantly a cardiovascular class with simple movements designed to challenge you across all aspects of 'fitness'. It is a longer class and will usually use a combination of AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible), EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) and Giant Set (more than three exercises at once) structures to ramp up intensity and build those engines.
This is a short sharp HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) session and is an excellent way to burn quick calories and get up from your desk at lunch time. The movements in NITRO are basic and easy to master so it's a great class for all levels.
This (Screw You Saturdays) will continue to be our community class and will be open to the public. It is a blisteringly hard, fun and challenging session that will vary week on week giving you that perfect mix of community spirit, pain and excitement!
This is run by professional rugby player Alecs Donovan and is her own take on traditional yoga. She blends together strength work, functional stability and mobility to produce a class that will not only leave you sweaty and blowing, but will also help you build the flexibility of a yoga master.
This is run by first time mum and all round awesome coach Amy Lees. The Strong Mamas class is here to empower you, support you, and give you confidence in your journey back to exercise. A safe, strong and essential re-introduction to exercise for Mamas who have recently given birth and had their 6 week return to exercise sign off by the GP or a women’s health physiotherapist. This is a specialised non impact class considering the needs of postnatal Mamas, focussing on; core restoration and re-connection, pelvic floor muscles, mobility and movement for new Mamas, full body strength & conditioning through functional movement. The class also offers an opportunity to connect with other Mamas
