  • The Strong Mamas class is here to empower you, support you, and give you confidence in your journey back to exercise.  

  • A safe, strong and essential re-introduction to exercise for Mamas who have recently given birth and had their 6 week return to exercise sign off by the GP or a women’s health physiotherapist. 

  • This is a specialised non impact class considering the needs of postnatal Mamas, focussing on:

    • Core restoration and re-connection

    • Pelvic floor muscles

    • Mobility/movement targeted at typically tight areas for new Mamas

    • Full body strength & conditioning through functional movement; body weight and some exercises can be done with baby. (Option to add weight if you have access to them at home)

    • Feeling strong, energised and making time for yourself without the stress of leaving the house, whilst still being able to connect with other Mamas
