We are challenging you guys to do something great for your health and wellbeing every day for a whole month! All you have to do is turn up on here every day and complete one of the options in the list. Obviously if you do more than 1 of the options that's great but 1 is all that is required. Every week will add a couple more options to complement the great habits you'll be forming. There will be prizes at the end of the month for the most committed people so get involved and turn up every day. Good luck.
